233 Springvale Road, Crookes And Crosspool, Sheffield, S10 1LG, UK
Useful: 0
Low severity. Inaccurate listing, minor everyday disputes.
Landlord Azadur Rahman rating 1/5:
"Responded quickly to all our issues but overall he's a total slum landlord. Broken a huge amount of laws and also broke our tenancy agreement multiple times before we'd even moved into the property. Ended up threatening to sue him for the 2 page long list of laws he'd broken and he eventually agreed to pay us £600 in compensation. Been trying to sell the property for ages so clearly did not care at all about following the laws.".
Overall tenancy rating 3/5.
