Submission Rules
These rules govern the content of submissions published on the service's map. By submitting a request, you confirm that you have read these rules and agree to follow them.
Effective as of July 11, 2026.
What you can publish
- A description of your personal experience with a landlord or property.
- Specific, verifiable circumstances: dates, amounts, the nature of the broken agreement.
- Photos relevant to the property or supporting the described situation.
What is prohibited
- Knowingly false information — anything you know to be untrue.
- Insults, profanity, or threats directed at third parties.
- Hate speech based on nationality, religion, sex, or other protected characteristics.
- Third parties' personal data beyond what's necessary — passport details, phone numbers, or other contact details not directly relevant to the described problem.
- Submissions made out of revenge or a personal conflict unrelated to actual wrongdoing by the landlord.
- Spam, advertising, or duplicate submissions about the same property without new material facts.
Submitter responsibility
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and the legal consequences of publishing it. Knowingly spreading false information that damages another person's honor, dignity, or business reputation may carry civil and criminal liability under applicable law. The service administration does not verify the facts stated in a submission and is not responsible for their accuracy — see the Terms of Service for details.
Moderation
A submission is published only after a moderator performs a basic check against these rules — format, absence of spam, and no clearly unlawful content. This check does not establish whether the stated facts are true. A moderator may reject a submission or request additional materials before publishing it.
If a submission is about you
If a submission has been published about you or a property you own, and you believe the stated information is inaccurate, dispute it via the Feedback form, including a link to the entry and the basis for your dispute.
