14 Claremont Terrace, St Michaels, Sunderland, SR2 7LB, UK
Useful: 0
Low severity. Inaccurate listing, minor everyday disputes.
Landlord Sharon Wilson rating 2/5:
"Took a few messages to send a person to do some repairs. seems to be more concerned for money oven the tenant's wellbeing and repairs that are vital to happen. Seems lovely but she is very patronising and makes it uncomfortable when you need to ask for something.".
Overall tenancy rating 3/5.
