Landlord Stroud Property Management rating 1/5: "Stroud Property Management has worked for the landlord and they have been absolutely disgusting after my pointperson left the company (probably realised how big of a scam they are), they have tryed to reduce my deposit after moving out claiming theres damage to the flat in ways that could not have been avoided as due to very poor keep-up the flat is essentially falling apart before my eyes, plumbing is terrible, taps are dripping water causing scale (which they tried to claim for cleaning), the ceilings and walls have mould on them, there are rats in the building in between the ceiling and the roof. Its an absolute zoo!! Also when moving out of this property expect to get a long list of damages they have made up just to scam you for as much money as they can, as most of them have been previously set up for you to fail at so they have a reason to charge you! STAY AWAY FROM STROUD PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!!!". Overall tenancy rating 1/5.
