56 Gordon Avenue, Bevois Town, Southampton, SO14 6WD, UK
Low severity. Inaccurate listing, minor everyday disputes.
Landlord Helen Clarke rating 1/5:
"The landlady (Helen Clarke) is very rude and loves to micromanage. She comes to the house 2-3x per week to complain about things and makes the tenants feel unwelcome in the house. She left us without heating during the whole of winter because she didn't want to pay to get it fixed.".
Overall tenancy rating 2/5.
