What happened

Letting agent The City Rooms Ltd rating 1/5: "Extremely bad communication, never reply to the emails, you have to contact directly with the manager if you want something to be done. After maintenance, the problems get more instead to be solved. Would not recommend this agency at all. Very bad experience". Overall tenancy rating 1/5.
