"Mostly flatly refused to perform repairs. When repairs were completed, they were not undertaken by a professional. Poor quality work, the bare minimum which mostly didn't really fix the issue. No gas safety completed in our 30 month tenancy. No carbon dioxide alarm fitted, just given to us in retail packaging and expected us to fit ourselves, same with 2nd floor smoke alarm. Entered the property before the end of the tenancy without permission and stole our furniture. Never returned out deposit. Never updated contract once she stopped using a letting agency so no way of contacting her via post.".
