Low severity. Inaccurate listing, minor everyday disputes.
Letting agent Rent In West Bridgford rating 1/5:
"Worst renting experience I’ve had. Very attentive and cooperative up until you sign the lease. After that moment communication is limited and highly unprofessional. Offer little to no help with any house issues. You can contact Emma as much as you want and will likely wait days for a reply which will be one or two words and offer no real support. One positive was when the washing machine broke due to its age it was resolved in a reasonably timely manner. If at all possible stay away from this agency.".
Overall tenancy rating 1/5.
