Low severity. Inaccurate listing, minor everyday disputes.
Landlord James Wibberley rating 1/5:
"Barely communicated with me. Left me years without fixing things. Was a really Nasty piece of work. Didn’t give me any notice to move out I had only 2 weeks to get out of the flat, and he then charged me for this. At the end of my tenancy he tried to charge me £1300 for loads of things that he was supposed to fix from the start! A total fraud and was really nasty throughout.".
Overall tenancy rating 1/5.
