"Don't know the landlords name, but we rented Flat 3, 288 Hotwell Road BS8 4NJ. Refused to repair anything. Had an issue with broken windows with rotting frames that apparently was ongoing for 4 years. The landlord shelled out to replace the rotten windows on the ground floor (as he is legally required to do), but never bothered with any of the uppers floors because he's cheap. Also, the front door to the building's catch was broken meaning that half the time the door wouldn't be shut properly. This has never been resolved, even after the building was broken into and another flat was robbed. Absolute crap show.".

"They completely enable the landlord to get away with not doing their job properly. They will give you the run around and just pretty much ignore any and all requests for repairs. I left a more detailed review on Google about our experience with CJ Hole bristol, but if you are cursed to have Rafal Lunitz as a property manager expect to be treated in the most unprofessional manner possible.".
