Letting agent City Accommodation RE Ltd rating 1/5:
"This agency's actions infringe on your personal life space and freedom, a member of staff of this agency, entered my room without permission after his colleague provided notice to my email inbox less than 20 minutes before his entry. While I was having an important and secure video meeting in my room, after I had made it clear, not now, you can't come in, and it was refused.I then asked him to come back later, and it was refused. He then proceeded to barge into my room, and while I had to stand up and defend myself, interrupted the meeting, while embarrassingly, everyone on the other side witnessed the whole unfortunate and surreal situation. I have tried to defend my right, and after attempts to discuss with him politely for him to wait, he has refused everything, and barged into my room anyway! Now I have resorted to asking him to leave, and he refused to leave! This member of staff has behaved as if there are no laws or regulations in this country, and no personal freedom or space, I have since reported him to the police, Case Number: CHS 27906/28MAY24Watch out for yourself and do not take up any properties from this agency.".
