Amersham House Station Lane, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, SO53 4DW, UK
Low severity. Inaccurate listing, minor everyday disputes.
Landlord Stroud Property Management rating 1/5:
"Stroud couldn't give a flying hoot, due to a misunderstanding I sent the notice in before the end of the month, not that they had to receive it before the end of the month. Following this they said we have to pay another months rent and are not advertising the property which would be the only way for us to get out of the contract. Following all the problems we have had over the tenancy period this is the cherry on the cake, say goodbye to any deposit you give them.".
Overall tenancy rating 3/5.
