"I only give 2 because the newer employee they brought on not long before we left was a genuinely nice person that treated us like human beings.Theinitial agent allocated to us was incredibly rude, constantly made sniping little comments about anything and everything. If we had something that needed fixing we'd have to chase multiple times, at one point we had to wait 6 months just for an acknowledgement.She left eventually but unfortunately it didn't get better.The owner of the letting company was an absolute flake. We requested some reasonable adjustments to help us achieve the standard that was expected (e.g like making sure everything discussed in regards to inspections etc would then come to us in writing) as my partner and I both have ADHD and Autism. We were working full time in very busy & highly demanding jobs with no disability support available to us in the area - a very common problem not just in West Sussex.He constantly moved the goal posts, would never commit to feedback in a tangible or meaningful way, it was always vague and unhelpful. When we addressed one issue, suddenly something else was the problem.We had multiple inspections almost at the point of every two weeks from Jan-April which we later found out hadn't been recorded on their system.
