1 Christchurch Cottages, Julian Road, Lansdown, Bath, BA1 2RH, UK
Useful: 0
Low severity. Inaccurate listing, minor everyday disputes.
Letting agent HomeLets rating 1/5:
"Definitely wouldn't recommend this agency. Only interested in doing the bare minimum with no regard for tenants. They will put the rent up every year and blame it on the landlord. They are reluctant to replace anything that is old - but not broken. Yet, when things do break they only replace with the cheap/easy options. Nothing is upgraded. Very much an "apply a bandaid" approach, no problems are actually solved. Not prepared to negotiate or understand a tenants position, they are only interested in regular payments and getting more landlords.".
Overall tenancy rating 1/5.
