Низкая критичность. Неточности в объявлении, бытовые разногласия.
Landlord Matthew Evans rating 1/5:
"Never saw him, however he always took ages to authorise any repairs (this could have been the letting agent). The record for the longest repair was 11 months to repair a broken and leaking sink upstairs. The garden gate took 6 months to repair after winds had damaged it - at the time I thought that was going to be the longest repair.".
Letting agent Montrose Properties (Didsbury) Ltd rating 1/5:
"Literally made up reasons to charge our deposit at the end of the tenancy. They delayed telling us what information they needed at the end of the tenancy to go over the 3 month mark with the tenancy deposit scheme so that we were unable to challenge their made up fees.".
Overall tenancy rating 2/5.
