"The landlord is the agency, I guess, so same thing".
Letting agent Loc8me rating 1/5:
"Almost no communication, and even though everyone rented indivudually, they considered that informing one person means informing everyone. At the endof the tenancy the just dropped a £200 fee on every person in our flat, apparently because our kitchen was cluttered (we had clean dishes lying on the table, because there was not enough cupboards for 7 people). Absolutely impossible to get them to fix anything, had to go to the office in person to get a new kettle, and they have never fixed the lock on the door that was broken since the start of the tenancy.".
Overall tenancy rating 2/5.
