Низкая критичность. Неточности в объявлении, бытовые разногласия.
Landlord Irene Nichols rating 1/5:
"The landlord lives next door to the property. Within days of moving in we were subjected to invasions of privacy escalating to harassment, slander and eventually an act of common assault against my partner (while she was holding our baby son in her arms) from our landlord neighbour... We are a working family with two children and very amenable natures. During our three months in this property we suffered from more stress, oppression and isolation than even a global pandemic can call itself responsible. My parter is suffering from anxiety caused by this landlords behaviour...I have never had such an experience with a landlord or neighbour before and hope never to experience such behaviour from another human being again...".
Letting agent Belvoir rating 5/5:
"Good communication throughout tenancy. Attentive, friendly and apologetic...No complaints about them but for the problem that they can’t disclose the landlords address prior to agreement...".
Overall tenancy rating 3/5.
