A formal tribunal decision found that the landlord had failed to comply with the repairing standard required for this property under the Housing (Scotland) Act 2006. The First-tier Tribunal for Scotland (Housing and Property Chamber) issued a Repairing Standard Enforcement Order requiring the landlord to carry out the necessary works.
