Landlord Broad Court Na rating 2/5:
"We never really saw the landlord but the agency (broad court) who weren’t very fast at fixing anything as we had to go into the office at least 4 times for anything to get done. It took us 4 months to get our boiler fixed and 2 months for the black to be sorted.".
Overall tenancy rating 4/5.
