Letting agent Enright Properties rating 2/5:
"Found Sally and her poor attitude to be an issue from early on in the tenancy. Appalling tone and conduct over the phone as well as both text and email. She would purposefully ignore specific people in the household when the raised a concern or an issue but would happily deal with others. Damien was always friendly and helpful in everything he did, and especially when visiting the property. They have a few contradictory rules like not to ring them and only text but would ring 3 times back to back when they wanted something. Contracted stated that we had to get the property professionally cleaned and that we would have to pay them £750 for them to employ a company. We spoke to the company they planned to employ and they told us they quoted around £500 including carpets and mattresses!!! Outrageous!!! They made the end of tenancy clean and process unnecessarily stressful on top of moving out and exams during the height of a pandemic.".
