21a Carlton Parade, St Mary Cray, Orpington, BR6 0JD, UK
Полезно: 0
Низкая критичность. Неточности в объявлении, бытовые разногласия.
Landlord Safeline Services Ltd rating 1/5:
"Did not always give 24 hours notice before attempting to gain access to the flat, once turned up only 5 mins after texting request. Every maintenance request was met with scepticism and doubt, requiring me to prove to him that a) an issue was there and b) I didn't cause it before he'd accept and arrange repairs. In dispute about deposit, luckily protected.".
Overall tenancy rating 3/5.
