"We never met the landlady of this flat. Her husband went a couple of times in the last 3 years to check things that need repairs. They took several months to fix the toilet ceiling. The never changed the wallpaper in the kitchen like they suppose to do it during my tenancy. We think they did not like when we contacted them too often. They did want to increase my rent on the second year without do any renovation to the flat. They did not want to renew my contract because my status changed to single mum.".
Letting agent ludlowthompson rating 1/5:
"The agency was Ludlow Thompson Canada Water, they were really nice and helpful when we signed the contract but after 3 years they evicted me because they said I could not afford the rent. They obligated me to do viewings when I said not several times. I can say they were really rude. They chased me when the council told them they can not give me a check out date while I am renting the place since 3 years ago.Few months ago, the agency Forxtons bought this agency and I do not have any comment about them at the moment.".
