⚠️ Open housing code violations
There is a public record showing multiple currently open Class C housing code violations associated with this building/unit. Class C violations are classified as immediately hazardous.
The violations were inspected on September 7, 2026, and concern both a mouse infestation and a cockroach infestation throughout Apartment 3C. The record also notes a missing or defective latch on the self-closing door at the building entrance, which required repair or replacement.
This is something worth keeping in mind when considering the property. The records concern the building/unit itself, rather than a specific landlord or owner.
