15 Cotehele Drive, Blatchcombe, Paignton, TQ3 3GN, UK
Low severity. Inaccurate listing, minor everyday disputes.
Landlord Eric Smith rating 1/5:
"Never met him directly but my partner had on a couple of occasions. Not very quick at responding to issues, we had a faulty shower for about 6 months till it was repaired. He would turn up in the back garden unannounced in the morning to cut grass, breaching tenancy agreement. Beware of this landlord.".
Letting agent Bradleys rating 1/5:
"Unhelpful to say the least. Its quite apparent they side with the landlord. Thier post occupancy report is grossly overeggarated and did not correlate with the supporting photos. Beware!".
Overall tenancy rating 2/5.
