"The service provided by our landlord has been abysmal. She regularly comes to the house without giving 24 hours notice, she does not reply to any messages from the tenants for multiple days at a time, regardless of any issue we may have. We have currently had no working WiFi for the past two weeks and Liz has given us no information on what she is doing to fix this. And on two occasions her husband Neil has come over to the house and verbally abused two of the tenants, including shouting and swearing in their faces. They still regularly come over now during a global pandemic with absolutely no regard for social distancing or the further spread of the virus. Liz also talks down to us in a condescending, sarcastic manner.".
