Landlord Luisa Papa rating 1/5:
"Would like to echo the previous reviews on this website - Luisa was a poor landlord, promising things to us before we moved in which she clearly never planned to deliver. She would come to the house unannounced, even letting herself in if nobody was home. We moved in to the house with it being very grubby and the basement was full of random bits and bobs. As the tenancy ended, we were given big deductions to our deposit, including for the rubbish in the basement which we inherited and pre-existing stains to the skirting boards. Similarly to the previous review, the bike store was also promised to us - despite there being more pressing issues with the property - and again never materialised, just like the 'welcome bottle of wine' promised... I just wish we had read this review before moving in.".
Overall tenancy rating 2/5.
