"The landlady is unregistered and I discovered to my cost did not put the deposit in an approved scheme, she refused to return the deposit despite my rent always being paid promptly.I am currently perusing this via the smalls claims court, and have reported her to the council.She does not have the Gas serviced annually and failed to carry out repairs after the gas heating and Cooker had a prohibition notice placed on them 18 months ago. She lives in London so you very rarely see her, I have met her twice. I find her to be rude and manipulative.".
