31 Chadwick Street, Belfast, BT9 7FD, UK
Low severity. Inaccurate listing, minor everyday disputes.
Landlord Irene Blaney rating 1/5:
"Horrible person.Very aggressive.Only accepts cash so she can come round and inspect the property. Will shout and scream any little thing.Calls round unannounced, does not communicate.Came round for rent early without letting any tenants know. Only 1 tenant in the house and she wouldn't leave the house for 3 hours until tenants had returned from work and gone to cash machine.Landlord made the whole experience terrible. There are a million more stories which we have video and sound evidence for so please be careful as she will try and charge you for anything.".
Overall tenancy rating 1/5.
