High severity. Unlawful eviction, deposit not returned.
Landlord Otilia Scarlett-streatfield rating 1/5:
"Takes over a month to respond to any queries, and needs reminding several times. Left us with fleas for a month (caused by previous tenants) and black mould for 10 months, despite us reporting this.".
Letting agent Jacksons Estate Agents rating 1/5:
"Estate agent is uncommunicative. When they do communicate they can be very rude. Do not care about tenants. Just one example: they left us with a firealarm that was malfunctioning and sirened constantly for 48 hours, as they deemed this "not urgent".Would absolutely not rent from them again.".
