Low severity. Inaccurate listing, minor everyday disputes.
This is the place where I used to live. The owner’s name is Nikola, and they are asking €2,200 for the entire building (three flats in total). They don’t rent the apartments separately, only as a whole.
The property has many problems, including bathroom leaks, clogged kitchen sinks, and old, worn-out furniture. Despite these issues, the landlord is extremely rude and uncooperative, making it very difficult to communicate or solve even basic problems.
Additionally, he demands three months of deposit, which is unreasonable given the poor condition of the property.
The landlord is a Montenegrin man, and my experience living there was very unpleasant overall. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
