"The Manager Savio and agent Rinki seemed friendly initially, until I shared pictures of the condition of the property via email. Instead of apologising or having the place cleaned up they continued to defend themselves. I vacated the property at the end of 6 months and suggested that the "professional cleaning" charges be waived since I had left the property in a better condition than when I had moved in. They refused and blocked the release of my deposit until I paid the charges.".
